My background is biology. My career is design. That combination shapes everything about how I work: hypothesis-driven, evidence-based, and oriented around measurable outcomes. I've owned projects end-to-end across biotech, Fortune 200, startups, and nonprofits, from early workshops and contracts through to final delivery.

Outside of client work, I speak at universities and industry webinars on design practice and how to intentionally craft your design career. I also mentor students and career changers navigating the same unconventional path I took.
